The person making the complaint is upset at his ex wife and/or girlfriend and is attempting to destroy the personal injury claim out of spite We have a signed agreement that if he decides to withdraw my representation that we have the right to be paid for our services He wants to
destroy the opportunity his children have for compensation for their injuries With this claim we are fighting liability which takes longer than a case In addition, we are unsure what Father has told the insurance company despite our discussion with him to not contact the insurance carriersMother of the children is quite upset by Father's actions
I don't recall signing any paperwork stating that. It's also not of of spite against my ex wife. I have also contacted the insurance and will be putting in a demand letter and the person handling the case said she would give me answer within a week of me sending in the demand something this law firm has had more than one year to accomplish. Also when talking to my exwife she isn't upset with me requesting no more services from their office she is also upset at how they are handling her case as well I would like a copy of the paperwork that I signed at it be provided to Revdex.com for review thanks
His ex-wife is still our client. The file left the insurance adjuster's desk and was sent to the carrier's attorney. In other words, the insurance company has issues with the case. It was a liability issue, low damages with extensive medical treatment. We firmly believe he took the case for either his own gain or to harm the possibility of recovery for all the parties involved.

Review: Been over a year for a small "simple case" at first they were decent then now sice I now longer need their services talking way too long to confirm that hey are off case would never recommend to anyoneDesired Settlement: She says it is $250 per hour for work that never got completed can't say how many hours she has into smal case but never signed papers agreeing to such a fee I agreed to 22 percent if case was settled even donna her assistant told me if I no longer need service no balance would be due now Susan McGinnis is telling me she will file lean with at fault party for 250 an hour it's not what I ever signed I hope you look into this thanks
