several messages requesting debtor to contact regarding the complaint and to discuss any problems or issues with the arrangements that were established with the office. To date we have received no contact. I requested follow up on this on December 2, 2016. If we do not receive any response by the end of the week. I will send follow up written correspondence to the debtor.
