Law Office of Michael Darlington

Was told what a good case I had - until he received his retainer. Refused to go over my case in his office,then immediately asked that my action be dismissed in court. In the opposition's case, never took a single note in 2 hrs of testimony, and then told the judge that he didn't see any need to cross examine my opponent. Did absolutely nothing. Disgraceful conduct.
