Review: I filled out a prenuptial agreement for my fiancé prior to our marriage. Under California law, an independent attorney must read the prenup to the other person. It was a fair prenup, it stated that, in the event of a divorce, I will pay her alimony up to 5 years, all assets will be split down the middle, and she will receive 30% of my retirement, instead of 50%. The lawyer under Lenderman, Salorio, refused to sign, saying it was to unfair to her. That is fine, but what he said next was terrible. He told her I didn't love her, that I only wanted sex for free, and I was taking advantage of her. That was untrue, and terribly unprofessional. Any professional business, especially an attorney, should not slander someone he does not know, nor say bad things about the person his client is about to marry. If he thought the prunup was unfair, he should have told her what should be changed, or contacted my attorney to see if we could've worked together, not taken such a confrontational and unhelpful approach.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the $40 consultation fee for the terrible service, as well as an apology to myself and my wife.
