I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Mr [redacted] absolutely never responded to my last emails Our agreement was for 1/3% after all medical expenses were deducted and he charged me 1/3% before charges were deducted This was not our agreement He also wrote to the MA bar and told them that he was sending me a $12,check to split the difference in out disagreement, but he never did send it Clearly, Mr [redacted] sometimes makes promises and doesn't follow through on them Regards, [redacted] ***

This complaint is subject to attorney/client privilege, and response from me must be limited accordingly I would like to respond but am bound by ethical rules to not divulge any details I will say that his complaint is driven by his desire to get more than our fee agreement allotted to him, and there were not unrespondemails I deducted 1/3% of the receipts as my fee[redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

Mr. [redacted] absolutely never responded to my last 2 emails.  Our agreement was for 33 1/3% after all medical expenses were deducted and he charged me 33 1/3% before charges were deducted.  This was not our agreement.  He also wrote to the MA bar and told them that he was sending me a $12,500 check to split the difference in out disagreement, but he never did send it.  Clearly, Mr. [redacted] sometimes makes promises and doesn't follow through on them.
