Giles K[redacted] offered to help obtain simple visitation rights for me to see my son. The original agreement was for $2500. He clearly stated that $1500 was his fee if the visitation went uncontested and the remaining $1000 would be returned if everything stayed uncontested. Although my child's mother never hired an attorney to contest anything, he still failed to provide visitation. He also sent a statement for services rendered that said I owe an extra $100. $2600 paid and nothing to show for it. How is this fair to the consumer?","neg-1
