San Antonio CJDR Reference: [redacted] Consumer: [redacted] Ms***, This is the response to Mr [redacted] ***’s complaint to your office I am new here at San Antonio DodgeI want to assure your office that we try to the best of our ability to be good business stewards in the community and do not take lightly these types of concerns from our customers In reviewing Mr***’s concerns based on the documentation we have here at the dealership through our CRM toolI see that he did inquire about the purchase of a vehicleWe are running a campaign on a used Ram for $and $per month with specific terms and credit criteriaBased on notes in the system, we can see that he was looking at a Corolla and not the RAM truckHe also had a trade that had a balance due that would change the dynamics of the deal based on the equity of the motorcycle he had to tradeHis last communication with the dealership was 9/30/At that time he told our associates that he was going to sell his trade on his own The deal as advertised still stands as long as the financial terms of the agreement can be meet and the vehicle is still available We would love to sell Mr [redacted] and his wife a vehicleThat’s what we doIt seems like there is some miscommunication in the terms of the deal and what the needs are of the customer, as we are looking at passenger cars and not trucks I welcome Mr [redacted] to contact me directly at his earliest convenience to discuss options Sincerely, [redacted]
