Regarding complaint ID no***, I respond as follows: Ms*** is not my client and I owe Ms*** no duty Ms*** is lying that I am her attorney Ms*** is my client's wife, who he is divorcing I have not broken any ethical rules or
laws, even if you accept what Ms*** says as true (except that Ms*** is not my customer or client) As Ms*** is in fact not my customer or client, there should not be any publication, consideration or reference whatsoever of Ms***'s complaint as it pertains to my standing with the Revdex.com I have spoken to my actual client, not Ms***, and he has not indicated that he does not want to discharge me, but wants to proceed Ms*** needs to be more cooperative so to make this process proceed more smoothly It would serve both Ms*** and husband if she did so Ms*** is doing nothing more than wasting everyone's time, including her own. Please confirm receipt of this response

Ms*** has no basis to believe that I was on her behalf I never talked to her at the time of contracting and only her husband came in and not her to hire me My contract with her husband clearly on provides that he is my client Further, I was not contract to prepare any of her paperwork at all

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It is my and my husband's understanding that Mr. Rocha is our attorney not just his or mine. We hired him to help us with the paperwork. We had already divided everything and needed help with the paperwork. My husband went to the appointment alone because I had to work and we didn't realize we both had to be there or else he was going to take sides. So, it is still our understanding that I am his client as well. Will Mr. Rocha refund our payment if my husband requests him to do so? We (my husband and I) would really like this process to go as smoothly as possible and with Mr. Rocha's unethical conduct (giving my full name to the public involving a legal matter) and childlike attitude (saying he's not my babysitter) and lying (saying I was demanding and insisting on special arrangements)  this will not be possible.
Will my husband and I receive a refund if he also makes a request?
