The customer was able to get in touch with us and we did resolve all of her requests

Tracking shows that the customer has received both orders, and we have taken care of all other concerns

We got in touch with the customer and she is resolving her requests with her bank and will let them handle her concerns

After I filed a complaint with you about this company, I got a notice on 8-21-2016 thanking me for paying them $29.95 for membership to TBLA on 8-16-16. I have no idea what this all about and did not authorize them to make this debit from me using my Debit Card they have on file from another...

purchase.
My outcome is for this company STOP taking money from me using my debit card they have on file. REFUND my money ,$(29.95) taken from using debit card. Money was charged to my Debit Card on 8-22-2016 which is tomorrow.
