There are two charges of $94.99 on my account from this merchant posting on November 29, 2019 and December 17, 2019. I dispute both for the following reasons.

I received only one package from them It contained two products. I had ordered a free trial of this product. At no time did the merchant indicate in any obvious or discernable manor that it would charge me $94.99 in 14 days if I did not cancel before then.

I never ordered the 2nd product. After I completed my trial order form for the 1st product on their web site I noticed a check in the box indicating a trial order of the 2nd product. I did not put a check in that box. When I attempted to uncheck it, the website would not allow me to remove the check. Neither would it allow me to cancel the order.

The company stated that I agreed to a partial refund of $33.22. They never told me I needed to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from them until today. When I called them today, they refused to give me an RMA because my account was in dispute.

I had no knowledge of any of this until I saw my credit card statement. The only documentation I have is a receipt for $5.99. They charged me $94.99, then charged me $94.99 19 days later and only sent me one shipment.

I assume they did this because they knew what would happen once the billing cycle ended and I saw my credit card statement because nobody in their right mind would pay $94.99 for the same amount of ingredients they could get at Walmart for 99 cents. The label states the 1st product has 60 capsules of 250mg of Magnesium, Calcium and Sodium with Garcinia, Raspberry and Green Tea leaf (in that order). The 2nd product is 60 capsules of 450mg of Green Coffee Extract, Caffeine, Green Tea and Cinnamon Bark (in that order). For these 120 capsules they charged me $195.97 including the $5.99 mentioned above.

I NEVER agreed to this. Nobody in their right mind would. If they are doing this to other people they need to be stopped.
