I'm highly disappointed in customer serviceI will never ever visit this salon agianI had my appointment at PMI reached salon at 6:PMI was told to sit in waiting area and wait for my stylist to be doneI waited till 6:PMNobody came to explain me what's going on, how long will it takeI was able to see my stylist she was chatting and drinking a cup of tea, reception girl was went to back room, nobody cared enough to tell me how long I m suppose to waitAfter wasting my time I left salonI am not giving you guys any businessI used to buy *** products from salon but now I will order onlineAnd let your staff know to treat every customer with equal respectI left message on *** but you guys didn't care to answer
