I purchased an 8 channel surveillance system from LaView. The DVR stopped working within three months. Customer service had me return the DVR for repair/ replacement. After the DVR was returned I was given the same DVR without any repairs being made or given another DVR with exactly the same problem. I contacted customer service and did not receive a response for three weeks. I returned the DVR again and finally received a working DVR.
