I hired this company in to rebuild computersOn the laptop particularly I have had to request multiple times since it was rebuilt to fix various thingsI have not been able to access my files fully since this company worked on itIn addition it now has completely shut down and I have sent texts and emails asking *** *** to look at it again and fix it (I have texted once and emailed times since Jan 18)I have received zero responseI have work and school information and email information for my business that I desperately needThis is becoming urgent
