customer back offering immediate shipment of the item or a full refund for that purchase in the amount of $39. We do sell hundreds of items a month and unfortunately every once in a while something goes missing or sent to the wrong address as it happened in this case.  If customer still wants to receive an item we will be happy to apply 30% discount to it. We would be also very happy to hear about any suggestions from customers on how she wishes to resolve this issue and if there is anything else we could do to make her shopping expire with Laveliq at least a little bit better. As I mentioned we also contacted customer and we are hoping to get this resolved as fast as possible directly with her.We look forward to hear from you. Thank you!
