[redacted] is wrong I am notor have I ever avoided the issueI did not shave her dogI used a 3/clipper blade on the back end of the dog just as it says on the grooming cardAs for not spending mthe full two hours grooming, I most certainly did and was still finishing up when she came to pick him upI brushed and bathed and blowdried the dogCleaned his ears, clipped his nails checked his annal glands and brushed his teethI told her if she was unhappy I would be glad to fix what I could if she would bring him backBut she did not want to do that Again I hope this can be resolved, but I did do the work Thank you [redacted]
