Sheriff's DepartmentAs suchwe are subject only to Waukesha's command and controlWe do what tell us to doWe store whatthey tell us to storeOften clothing left on the floor is not packedNever is any food or perishablespacked and storedAlso for all eviction actions, the tenant has all liability and responsibility for anydamage or loss of property (WI Statutes ).It's important for tenants to understand their rights and what rights they surrender when they forcetheir landlord through a court actions to forcibly evict them.I would suggest that Ms*** contact her insurance company for any reliefIt may negate her renter'spolicy because of the eviction, but maybe not
