Feb spoke with *** for the business; he stated the complaint was fictitious; he stated he repaired the engine and when he was advised by the customer that the car would not run he towed the car back to his shop at his expense and told the customer that if the problem was the engine it would
be repaired under the warrantyHe inspected the engine and discovered the reason for the car not running was fuses kept "blowing" to the computerHe determined after two days of work the problem was electrical and not mechanical; as such it was not covered by the warrantyHe stated he told the customer the problem was electrical

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]  He has had the car for seven months I have not talking to him in three months and he still has the car and its  that fixed and he's not answering my calls the car broke down 10-15 minutes after I receive the back. He's promised me that he was going to fix it he hasn't done anything he took my money and didn't fix the car. Have not talk to him in three months I call he doesn't answer I'll leave messages he doesn't respond
