Complaint: [redacted] Mr [redacted] ’s persistence in publicly trying to make a point disguised as an “apology" against not only a loyal, paying client who always kept appointments and recommended him to others, but also now her entire family is further testament to his questionable practices as a business manThe actual bottom line is as follows: Mr [redacted] made fictional statements about my wife, but continues to stand by them; Mr [redacted] scheduled an appointment with my wife in the middle of her work day knowingly keeping it though he had no intention of delivering service; Mr [redacted] demonstrated inappropriate and unprofessional responses to his perception that his own services were not up to par and his figurative toes had been stepped onAgain, if Mr [redacted] cannot bring himself to offer a proper apology, we request that he refrain from further commentary about my family and accept that there are customers in the community exercising their right to voice a complaint regarding his business ethics Regards, [redacted] ***

I would like to apologize for this misunderstanding I can see value in your timeObviously the series of complaints is far to large for me to address or correct at this time. I never intended to start an argument, that is why I disconnected our previous

The bottom line is that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. I assure you I have not confused your wife with any other client. I stand behind my decision to discontinue a professional relationship with you and your family. I hope that *** has many wonderful salon experiences in the future. Warmly *** ***
