the customer purchased the car AS IS- No warranty which he signed thebuyer’s guide and agreed to. I have attached a copy. A warranty would have cost him much more thanwhat he paid. We are a small dealership, which sells cars at a whole sale price and not full retail. Wehave no idea if the car repair shop was being honest with him or not because a lot of repair shops dojust that. Take advantage of the customer. The car was went over and there were no problems whenhe test drove it. We have no idea what happened to it once it left our lot.Sincerely,[redacted], OwnerYEAR yIN NUMBER~DEAI.ER STOCK NUMBER (opifonUWARRANTIES FOR THIS VEHICLE:
Review: Bought a car, after a week of driving the check engine light came on, took it in to the shop. Was told it needed a new Transmission. Called dealer, he said he would take care of it for me just get it done now. Dealer never paid, and doesn't return phone calls anymore.Desired Settlement: I would like assistance in the cost of the transmission repairs, which in total amounted to 2586.11. Ideally 100% of cost, but at this point would settle for 50%.
