Laurel Highlands River Tours

Review: On July 18, 2014, we took a water rafting tour with LaurelHighlands.Unfortunately, water level was extremely low in multiple places (we were told by someone it was the lowest in 2 years) and the rafts were constantly, constantly getting stuck on rocks.Also, on all my previous tours (I took a couple before) of the middle Yough, the guides were in kayaks. This time a guide was placed in our raft, which made it heavier and more likely ending up stuck.In addition, this was supposed to be a family trip with my wife being a captain and me paddling in front. We did it 5 years ago my younger daughter, it was a great fun and we got great pictures. Also, more than 10 years ago, I did the middle Yough with my older daughter and she said it was the best day of her life at the time. In contrast, the experience of July 18, 2014, was described as 'sucky'.Etc.I asked LaurelHighlands for a refund on Saturday, July 19, 2014, but to no avail.Thank you.Thanks.Desired Settlement: Ideally, we would like my wife's credit card account to be refunded.
