We registered this customer for our training in 2012. At the customer’s request we rescheduled her training. On February 5, we received a request from the customer asking for a refund. Normally this process takes about two weeks but unfortunately this request fell
through the cracks and was not processed. For that, we are extremely sorry. We received one email from the customer asking for a refund and did not receive any follphone calls pertaining to the refund or bringing to our attention that her emails were being bounced back. We did not block the customer’s emails nor were we unresponsive to her emails. We have put in a request for the refund today and it will take approximately two weeks for the customer to receive the refund.
