I made an order on 12/9/15 (#[redacted]). I requested a refund on 12/24/15 and was given the RMA of 1112 with a return postage label tracking. The package with original merchandise was returned back to them and delivered on 1/14/16 but I have yet to be refunded. I've reached out multiple times to the company through email and their online chat feature with no response from them. I tried to reach out again today and their website is now saying "not found". I've tried to reach out on Facebook as well, since they do not provide a telephone number, but I cannot seem to get ahold of anyone in this company.
