Review: The first time we used this service they delivered the incorrect drycleaning to us (someone else's pants). Allowing for human error because it happens,we tried them again. This past week they lost our laundry. First, they mist-wrote the receipt indicating that they had picked up a green bag. In fact, they picked up a white bag and a blue bag of laundry and failed to correct the receipt. They returned the white bag and a mysterious green bag. When I indicated the green bag was not ours, they recommended that I keep it. I asked that they take it back (as it was someone else's property) and instead return my navy blue bag of laundry. After a week they failed to return our laundry and tried to blame the mistake on the cleaning business they contract with. We then went to visit the said cleaning business and the laundry was no where to be found and they could not help because www.laundrysavers.com is a contract business.Laundry Savers is not taking responsibility for mis-writing the receipt nor have they come close to delivering our laundry or providing compensation. Instead they have responded with only threatening messages. Over $500 laundry went missing. We have been left with nothing. This business is not legitimate and have wasted precious money (cab rides to the cleaners to attempt to find our laundry ourselves) and time to try to get our laundry back.Desired Settlement: We are requesting a $500 reimbursement from this business for our lost laundry which included multiple pairs of jeans, expensive underwear, workout clothes, t-shirts, and towels among other items.

They finally returned my Laundry to me (it took a week). With that in mind, while I would not recommend this business, they also no longer owe me anything. Thank you for your asistance.
