Review: Employee issued a 25$ receipt to dry clean a short fall jacket while similar items were previously priced (by other workers) at 10$-15$. When I refused to pay this much I was mocked and told that that's because my jacket is only worth 25$. To avoid an obvious overcharge the item was dropped off at the same location but with a different person a couple days later. I was then charged 15$ (compared to 25$). On a different ocassion (November ** at approx 9pm) I brought in a summer dress to get it dry cleaned. The same employee insisted that I should wash it instead. I explained that since the dress is made of silk it needs to be dry cleaned, not washed. I was mocked again. Disrespectful rude employee is better off going back to where they came from.Desired Settlement: My numerous attempts to contact the business owner/manager went unanswered.

Review: This is the second time that my laundry has been missed placed or lost. I understand that mistakes happen , however I am so tired of apathetic attitude and outright I don't care attitude that I am doing this business a favor giving them my money for a service that IS NOT DELIVERED. I have done business with this company for the past 10 years, but I always did my own laundry so there was really not much interaction other than receiving change. The staff always look to blame me for my lost this is not acceptable, I am outraged by the treatment buy the fill in staff. Nobody called to follow up with me , if I was [redacted] they would have went out of their way to accommodate me. I feel very discriminated toward and uncomfortable in my neighborhood for 45 years.,Desired Settlement: The owner to give me my refund personally and pay for my comforter that was lost 20$. for both loads
