Laundry Diva

Laundry Diva, LLC, owned by Vicky Little, does not present an ethical product or company. They only had our hotel contract for 3 weeks and in that short time they damaged in excess of $10,000 worth of Hilton branded linen. They sent back linen in complete unorganized, disarray, often stained and wet still. None of the linen they serviced for our company came back in a usable fashion, and ultimately had we let their product see the general public it could have gotten people sick. It is a major health code violation that Laundry Diva sends back wet linen and claims it to be "clean". Our hotel parted ways with LaundryDiva after only 3 weeks due to complete, utter disgusting manner that they were servicing our linens in. They cost us in excess of $10,000 as we not only had to purchase all new linen after they damaged our entire inventory, we also had to pay another company, our new vendor, additional fees to re-wash and fold every item that Laundry Diva sent back to us. We need Laundry Diva to remove the final charges from our account totaling to $11,584.89 as we had to pay another company these same fees to actually clean and fold our linen. Laundry Diva and its owner Vicky Little and operator Cary Calhoun are attempting to fraudulently charge our hotel for damaged linen. Please file the Revdex.com complaint on Laundry Diva, LLC, Vicky Little, and have them remove the fraudulent charges from our business. We advise no company to use LaundryDiva as they will damage your product then try to charge you for it.
