Review: Dear Sir/MadamI recently took 5 articles of clothing to be dry cleaned at the Laundromat/Dry cleaners @ [redacted] ( [redacted] Section). After a week I returned to this business to pick up my dry cleaning. Once I returned home and noticed that my clothes were still covered in lint and wrinkled one jacket still had the same soiled collar. I went back to the [redacted] who said her name was [redacted] (she spoke with a strong accent) that's what her name sounded like to me! she stated that they send their dry cleaning out to be done and that she would call the man in charge and see what he would say. Another week went by I returned to this business and this same mgr. stated "He is not going to do all 5 pieces and she refused to give me his name or his or (her phone number which was not on the receipt. I want to be reimbursed the money I paid for the service that was never done.Desired Settlement: Refund the money I paid to have my clothes cleaned.
