Laundromat Wash-Dry-Fold

Review: I typical send my laundry out to this family owned business for washing, dry, fold and delivery. I sent my laundry Monday April *. When I called that evening to have it sent back I was told it wasn't ready because they were busy but they could in an hour. As a courtesy to the business I told them I would have it sent the next day so as not to add to the pressure of the day and I knew they were closing soon. I called to have it sent back today, the [redacted] of April. My laundry was wet. I called and spoke to the women who always answers the phone who quickly became belligerent and yelled at me and hung up on me. I also asked why my laundry was wet if it was there for 3 days. The woman claimed that I said I wanted it Monday, which I said yes but I clearly communicated that they didnt need to bring it that day (and they understood clearly since I didnt get the laundry delivered).I called back and asked for a partial refund due to the disrespect and was shouted at again. I went to the business and the woman asked if I wet my laundry and the man, who I believe to be her husband, screamed at me to bring it back and have it dried there. Literally screaming. I was told they would not give me a refund because "this is a business". I pointed out that this business did not provide services that I paid for, and the couple continued to be belligerent. I would simply like the a partial refund since The laundry was sent back in two loads, and half of one load wasnt wet.Desired Settlement: I would now like a refund for dealing with the sheer lunacy and disrespect of the operators of this business.
