Launch broadband is an ISP similar to Comcast, AT&T and othersI recently moved to an area where launch broadband is installed and is the provider of the ispIt was included in my rent at no additional cost to me which is was awesomeMy previous service provider was Comcast which worked great for everything that I needed it to doI move to the new place an the problems beginI am a full time streamer, and rely on be able to stream video games from multiple platforms to an audienceHowever launch broadband service is not sufficient for streamingNo big deal, I will call in and upgrade my speed and just pay for it and problem fixedWrong! Apparently they have the entire apartment wired down to where I couldn't get open internet and able to do what I need to do for workI spent hours upon hour upon hours on the phone with not only them, but google (maker on my router that I use) for months to no availI finally though I had a solution for the isp to provide me with a static IP address which is common practice for most ISPs who have customers in my predicamentGuess what, Launch broadband was not willing to even do that! They didn't care that I signed a month lease and couldn't not get out of it, or that the service was not up to par to handle most basic things on the internetMy lively hood, family, depends on my income from work which I haven't been able to do for the past monthsPlease, people look at who supplies your apartment complexes internetThere are no other options because launch broadband has made sure no one else can come to service this areaIf they are the supplier of your area please reconsider other places before you commit!
