I placed an order with a company that I thought was in US, however it is China , I have asked several times to cancel my order, as it hasn’t shipped yet, they keep saying it was shipped, it’s in China, and hasn’t shipped I only want to be refunded, order was placed april23 and still is in China, this is false advertising! Please help me.
Yes, we have an office in USA and a factory in China. That's why our products will be shipped from China.
We already sent the tracking link to this customer but he didn't accept. Because it's shipped out already so we cannot cancel it and call it back
