Lauer Custom Weaponry

Products are fine, but service and online ordering system are horrible. Placed an order that never went through, then called to try and correct it. It had already been a week since the ghost order was placed when I called and I let the company rep know. He said that he would ship that day using 2 day shipping, but never need. Went regular ground instead and now we have to suffer from the delay once again. Very disappointed in this company.
