Absolutely do not recommend purchasing a home from here. It has been a 15 year nightmare. It would take me all day to list the horrible work, we have spent a fortune repairing. All the sinks and showers we not hooked up. Water was running down into the plastic belly under the mobile home. The pipe under the kitchen sink was not held in any way. The pipe fell off from the water pressure running down and flooded the kitchen. Ripping up carpet revealed substandard patching. No air vents in the water line.outdated electrical plugs that were not code. Outlets just set in the walls in many areas so they would pull right out of the walls when you unplugged things. I can go on and on. Customer service was very rude when I tried to get them to come do repairs. And have learned that many others have had similar issues.
