He wrote off total balance of he owes me my back then that was total balance of work on the car I have the bill here he stated that in writing here sooo I owe him nothing it was his decision too do that thank you I expect that refund in my hands in a week in the mail or via cash as I paid him promptly in cash or I will pursue this further I have it in writing everything thank you Regards, *** ***

Andy called to respond to the rebuttalHe stated: I wrote off the balance of $396.21, not the full amount of $716.21, because she paid me $I replaced a ball joint, an outer tie rod, the water pump, NYS inspection was completed, fixed wiring for lights to work, fixed wipers, and I put on a set of used strutsI also took out my spare tire out of my own car, and put it on her car so that it would pass inspection at no chargeTherefore, she is not entitled to any refundThe monies she paid of $was for the work listed in this responseNo further write off is going to happen
