I ordered something 12/19 was told in an email it was going to be shipped economy.
I immediately (12/19) sent a question to see if I could pay extra to get expedited shipping.
Received a response 12/20 that the item was finished and shipping that day.
Sent a question (12/20) to see if I could get fast shipping.
1/1 asked if it had shipped yet.
1/2 was told it was shipping tomorrow.
1/14 asked for a tracking number.
1/21 called and asked what was going on.
Said they were sorry and it would be overnighted and should arrive 1/23.
1/24 called and asked what happend.
Was told that they didn't have the staples to finish the job and it would be done 1/27.
Worst shopping experience of my life and was lied to several times.
I ordered a set of scriptures in 1/1/20 for the sum of $76.97. I checked on my order online yesterday, 1/11/20 (under my wife’s email) and saw two orders; the order I placed and another for $113.98 showing it was placed on 11/26/19. I have no idea where that came from. We did not place an order back on 11/26. We've tried calling several times to no avail and can’t leave a message because message inbox is full. There is no other way to contact this company that I’m aware of.
I ordered my product 10 days ago. Paid for 5 day shipping. Still have nothing. No email was received. Was on hold for 15 mins. Was told I was number 3, when I got to number 1, it said to keeping waiting press 1. I was pushed back to number 3 again??? This happened 4 times until it just said leave a message. No idea what to do as they don’t respond.

Almost every time I have placed an order something is wrong with it. I paid $20 for their yearly membership that reduces shipping (the stupid reason I kept ordering from them). I placed an order on 12/20/17 which stated it would ship within 5-12 days. On 1/4/18 (beyond the 5-12 days) I received yet another phone call with them stating they couldn't do something in my order. When questioned about why it took so long for them to advise they couldn't send everything ordered, Dee promised me it would be shipped today. At closing time for their business, I checked the website and guess what, not shipped. Every time they mess up a shipment, the only thing they have to say is "sorry". I made the mistake of continuing to order from them due to the yearly membership I had paid for. I will eat the cost of that membership to never have to be disappointed again by this company. It appears as if they do not keep with things as promised and/or do not have their right arm talking to the left arm and have a terrible management of their business. I think the only reason this business is still in business is because they are located near the MTC. Buyer beware, they are over priced, slow, and have no idea what other employees are doing.

I am rejecting this response because: The purchase total (not including loyalty program) was $74.70. I have been refunded $25.98 and a pending $13.00. That is not a full refund of the cancelled order nor the loyalty program.
