Have lived in their apartment for 15 months. Have yet to get toilet, hot water heater, electric box (wires hanging everywhere) and AC. Very rude
Our breaker box has yet to be fixed, definitely a fire hazard. Electricity goes off multiple times a day. AC works when it wants. Toilet leaks water on to floor. Hot water heater goes out very often. They refuse to send contractors to fix things, and say we are on "waiting lists" for MONTHS. They will send people who are buddies and they just rig for temporary fix. On top of that, they are refusing to give our deposit back for completing our lease. They do not answer calls. They do not care about us or our safety. Not to mention in the 15 months we have been there they have only cut our grass 3 times.
