MY SON PURCHASED A[redacted] GIFT CERTIFICATE FROM THIS COMPANY FOR ME FOR CHRISTMAS. I HAVE REPEATLY TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER AND THE RECORDING SAYS MAILBOX IS FULL AND TODAY IT SAYS THE NUMBER IS NOT REACHABLE. I FEEL WE HAVE BEEN SCAMED.Order_Number: 834-LKDesired SettlementI FEEL SINCE THIS HAS CAUSED SO MUCH STRESS ON ME. I JUST WANT A REFUND FOR SERVICES NOT RENDURED.Business Response Not for sure if this is the same client that I spoke with about an appointment for her son, but I did speak to someone who didn't want to wait because my schedule was booked up through Febuary. But I have no control over the fact that I was booked business started picking up.The [redacted] was not purchased from me or my business directly it was purchased through [redacted]. The [redacted] cpmpany go through all protocol to make sure every business is not a fraud.So if the client if not yet to get her a refund then she can call [redacted] to get her money back. I do apologize for any incovience this has cause for her or her son. My business is not a fraud I don't get paid until appointments are completed.If she need me to call [redacted] for her to get a refund I will be glad to help her in any way I can.[redacted], LMT
