I rented a condo through this company March 21-26, 2020. We were unable to go on the trip due to Covid 19. The Governor of Colorado, mandated ski resorts to close on March 21, 2020. I have been calling the company for the past 2 1/2 weeks trying to get a refund. The total price is $6500.00 and of course that had to be paid in full prior to the trip. They will not return my phone calls and I have multilple emails saying they can't approve a refund or rescheduling the trip to a later date.

I have attached the correspondence that we had with Ms. and the confirmation that a refund was processed to her satisfaction.
We also spoke with her many times as the situation was unfolding and we confirmed her acceptance with this resolution.
Given the nature of the Covid-19 pandemic and the extreme upheaval around the world at that time we were overwhelmed with cancellations, refund requests, and reservation changes. We simply could not get to her individual request fast enough.
Our small business not only dealt with the tremendous number of cancellations, but we also had to handle moving our employees to a remote work environment, close down 3 offices, and handle the financial strain all at the same time.
We treat each guest with the highest priority and we work tirelessly to accommodate each guest, but this time we couldn't keep up with timely communications.
We have apologized to Ms. and have asked her to come back to Telluride, CO when she is ready and we will bend over backwards to make her vacation great.
We hope this message and the attached document help resolve this situation and inform the Revdex.com that this guest's requests were handled appropriately and to her satisfaction.
