My family paid for an yearly maintenance program which involves two services We hired All Around on 9-22-and our agreement ends 9-22- This is annual coverage they are supposed to clean/check our HVAC system twice Since they did the first cleaning on 9-22-they should make the second cleaning approx- months into the agreement For the past weeks we have been unable to reach them My husband has left countless messages on All Around's voicemail without a single reply We would like our service or half of coverage agreement refunded
