I paid for my subscription in June 2017. I contacted them in October because I NEVER received any issues. After emailing them and being told by a customer service representative (Amber Simpson) in an email that the publisher was "holding issues indefinitely " and they compensate me with an extra issue for the inconvenience. I had the option to either cancel and receive a refund or wait until the issues were in circulation again. I opted to cancel my subscription and was told that my refund will be credited I. 7-14 business days. That was Nov 1st and it's almost December and I've not received my refund as promised. In addition, I've sent 3 other emails during the last three weeks and no response. The line is ALWAYS busy. I was a fan and purchaser if this magazine since it's inception but these are some crooked MF'ERS. I want MY money back!

Review: Company has been TOLD 4 times to STOP calling me! I don't want their magazines! Received a March issue for "Latina" Magazine last week. Called right away and was assured by the operator, via my account number, that "This was the last issue." I never ordered this, as they SAID it was a TRIAL OFFER! Then I get a phone call today from ###-###-####, saying I'd have to call their Advertising Dept. to stop this. STOP IT NOW! Today's phone call counts AS THE 5 th time! STOP THIS NOW OR I GOT MY LOCAL PD AND FILE A COMPLAINT FOR HARRASSMENT! thank you.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)

Review: On April **, 2015 I called the customer service line of Latina Magazine to inform them of a change of address which was effective April **, 2015. I was informed by the customer service representative that the changes were made and that my new issues of Latina Magazine would be mailed to the new address. As of July *, 2015 I had not yet received my new magazine/s and once again contacted Latina Magazine, but this time via email. In their response they informed me that my change of address had taken effect on June *, 2015 and offered no explanation as to the delay of the magazines. After continuing to follow up with SEVERAL different customer service representatives I received the same explanation, "Please allow 2-3 weeks for them to arrive.". It is now 4 months later and I've yet to receive ANY of my old magazines.Desired Settlement: I have been a long time loyal customer of Latina Magazine for well over 15 years and it's unfortunate that this is the type of customer service I am receiving from them. I am requesting all of my missed issues beginning with the month of April be sent to me in ONE package and that credit be applied to my account.

Review: I have been receiving Latina magazine for 5+ years....against my will. I have called & complained multiple times. Written emails. Nothing helps. I have NEVER subscribed to Latina magazine or wanted it.

They tell me they are using my rewards points, which I use for cash redemption on my credit cards. They refuse to tell me which card. They refuse to cancel my subscription.

They make it very hard to cancel. I have been holding for 18 min & 47 sec as of now. I logged onto the Revdex.com after holding for 10+ minutes to start this letter.Desired Settlement: I want the subscription cancelled & points refunded to my rewards account.
