Latina Magazine are some crooked M F'rs. I paid for a subscription in June and I NEVER received any issues. When I reached out to find out why via email, customer service (Amber Simpson) told me that the publisher was holding issues indefinitely. This was Oct and had I not inquired about it, nothing would've been said. She then offered throwing in an "extra issue"to compensate for months of nothing or a refund. I chose to have my $14.97 placed back on my card which was promised 7-14 business days from November 1. It is now one day from December and I've not received my refund as promised. I emailed 2 more times and now it's no response, the phone stays busy and the New York number doesn't work. I loved and purchased this magazine since its inception. This is why some people don't want to do business with us minorities. I want MY money back no matter the amount because its mine!
