[redacted] from Latham called and said complaint has been resolved as of yesterday through Ford Customer Relations Hotline (ID # [redacted]). They accepted  the offer of refund $742.50.

This is a follow-up on Mr. [redacted] ID# [redacted].He has returned to the dealership for us to re-check the work that was performed on 3/20/18.Let me state that he is a very old gentleman that is concerned about the possibility of running out of gaswhile on the road.Unfortunately that concern leads him to to re-fill his gas tank every 100 miles or so. Therefore it causes hisgauge to read full or nearly full all the time.He has traveled 76 miles since the initial repair and has filled his gas tank since then.We pumped out 25% of the fuel from his tank and watched as the gauge reading fell accordingly. (I personallywitnessed the process) He saw the reading on the dash at 3/4 full. He then ststed that he did not want thefuel replaced back into the tank. He wanted the gauge reading to remain at 3/4 so he could monitor it fromthat point.I'm confident that this simple exercise will reassure him that everything is fine and working properly with hisvehicle.John [redacted]owner/vp
