Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: (1) My $handling charge WAS processed (2) I believe that this company's advertising is deceptive They state that their products (for which we have to pay shipping) is a "reward" for taking a survey This verbiage implies that the "reward" is just that, and not a prelude to an expensive trial membership in the company The fine print is easy to miss.I do not appreciate this kind of advertising and I have let Cincinnati Bell (the host company) know as much I do not think the misleading language and the fine print consequences should be allowed I resent having to pay anything extra to this companyI will NEVER fall for this kind of thing again For that, I guess I should be grateful to them Sincerely, [redacted] Cincinnati
