message post from the buyer along with an image of the damage shoe, they immediately transfer the inquiry over to our customer service team to handle this. Our customer service team called the buyer and spoke with her over the phone and was told that she had send us several messages regarding the inquiry and have gotten no respond. Our customer service team quickly apologize and explain to the buyer that we have not gotten any sort of messages from her since 1/19/16. This clearly is a misunderstanding. Our customer service went ahead and expedited out a brand new pair of shoes to the buyer and had told the buyer that she can keep the damage shoes. The replacement pair have arrived at the buyers address on 2/4/16 shipped from USPS Priority Mail. Since then we have not heard from the buyer and we hope that everything went well.
