Company is delaying installation for over 2 months.
We hired this company to make us custom cabintry for our Kitchen and Master Bathroom and we were told it would take about 2 weeks tops for complete install of everything once it was all made in their warehouse. They were completed end of August 2020 and install has still not been completed and we are approaching November. I have sent various emails to the owner and the project manager handling our install and they do not give information that I have requested. This is unacceptable. We paid over $120,000 and they continue to ask for more money and have not came close to being finished. This has put a huge burden on our family with our home being unfinished. They give poor excuses and will not give us any scheduled dates for work since my email to them.
We would like our Kitchen and Bathroom to be finished ASAP without any excuses. This company does not respond back with the information that was requested and I have read their reviews on google, many other customers have had similar issues with their untimely performance.
Hi - They did reach out to me. They have until the end of this week to finish the major work and some other things need to be addressed after. If they do not come through with what they promised I will write back. Thank you.
