I received your letter BBB Complaint ID: [redacted] ( [redacted] ) regarding a complaint from a [redacted] from Ridgeville, Ohio who claims to have ordered some type of product from some company and is unhappy with the process.I'm not sure how this complaint was addressed to me as I do not sell... products. I am a service provider of permanent makeup which is applied by a tattoo gun in my office here in Virginia. I do not, nor have I ever, sold products of any kind or type.In addition, I have never had a client by the name of [redacted] ***. Upon [redacted] "Lasting Impressions in Stafford VA" I did find a business at www.lastingimpressionsllc.com which is a spa business that does sell products, but I do not know if this is the business you are looking for.In summary, I have knowledge of [redacted] nor do I sell or advertise for any products.
