Thank you for forwarding this complaint to our attention Ms*** contracted for local moving services, which were provided in fullOn the date of service, due to a scheduling error a smaller moving team was dispatched than had been requestedThe team adjusted the hourly rate for
the smaller team however the actual services did take longer to complete than had been anticipated. The assigned Travel Time was disclosed in Ms*** moving estimate as were the payment terms. In an effort to resolve Ms*** complaint to her satisfaction, we would like to refund one hour of labor to Ms*** and have asked our claim administrator to coordinate that processWe apologize for the scheduling error and regret any inconvenience it may have causedThank you
