When I first had trouble with my vehical years ago, a very please customer of Last Chance Auto reccommended me to their repair shop and I've been going there ever sinceAll the employees are very friendly and helpful and they have unbeatable pricesI highly reccommend Last Chance, I wouldn't take my vehical anywhere else

I can't speak to their repair services, but, based on my experience regarding towing/roadside assistance, I don't trust them. I called them for a jump when my battery was dead. The man I spoke with told me that, if the battery was completely dead and not accepting a jump from my charger, it was frozen (we'd had a streak of a few below zero days), and a jump would do no good. He offered to bring a new battery the next morning. Since my battery was just over a year old, I thanked him and told him I'd be better off contacting the place I bought the battery from. After that, I called another towing company that came out and jumped the battery with no problem. So that means to me that Last Chance either is incompetent or hustles their clients.
