[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] There is so much to the issues I sent in my first complaint, this
response only referenced the one about one sofa in one room and that is
because I needed that to make a bed for our grandson, yes the second
night it was replaced not the first nighti went ahead and attached
some photos I have so many more of mold and food caked on walls this
hotel was absolutely unacceptable standardsThe brand choice hotels has
been the only concerned party to help us they added the points for the
inconvenience but you earn points for stays anyway so I am not sure how
that calculates to what added to my accountThe management at this
hotel was not concerned and told us the hotel met her standards for
cleanliness and comfortShe also said our complaints were acceptable to
her and she had gave us a credit and considered the issues
resolved
I have many more photos from all the rooms but the file size was too large to send as an attachment
