Company guaranteed a new and fixed product to me via email and is now denying the product.
I ordered a custom sized dress as part of order #*** (Style name: Dusty Rose Heavy Embroidered Anarkali Style Lehenga) on 12/31/19. Another member of my party also purchased a dress as part of that order. Both of our dresses were incorrectly made with the improper measurements. I reached out to Lashkaraa on 2/22, which was 2 days after receiving my dress due to incorrect measurements. The team did not return my message until 2/26, which is longer than their guaranteed 24 hour response time. They did not agree with replacing or refunding the dress at the time. The other member of my party filed a complaint with Revdex.com, so I brought this up to Lashkaraa on 3/7 regarding my own dress. Lashkaraa responded to me on 3/9 (also longer than their guaranteed 24 hour response time) stating they will replace both dresses (picture attached). However, they just responded to the other member of my party on 3/13 stating that the original Revdex.com complaint was only for 1 dress so they are unable to replace both of them. This goes against the email confirmation that I received on 3/9 saying they would replace both dresses.
This dress was purchased for an upcoming wedding. Our original purchase date was 12/31/19 so this conflict has been extended and a replacement dress will not arrive in time for the wedding. I would like a full refund for the purchase price of this dress.
I purchased a custom-fitted dress from Lashkaraa and received the package approximately 2 months after ordering. On the website, it asks customers to reach out to the customer service team if there are any concerns about incorrect sizing/ measurements within 7 days of receiving the product. I reached out to the team 1 day after receiving my package and emailed them with my concerns (zipper not working, measurements incorrect) and they said they would respond to my email in 24 hours. Unfortunately, after more than 5 attempts to reach out to them (email, chat, phone), they said they would respond to my inquiry as soon as possible, and I still have not received an answer in 9 days. I would like to receive a resolution to this issue.

Refund I would like express alterations and delivery of the product before April 2020 or a partial refund of the product since I paid for custom sizing. I would be happy to ask a tailor for additional alterations if Lashkaraa is willing to cover these costs.

We do take care of all the things before dispatching the orders and it's very rare that we receive such types of complaints. However, we'd like to resolve this issue by taking the item back, get it to repair and send it back to the customer. We'll share the prepaid return label to the customer within a day to two. We'll make sure the item reaches to the customer within this month.

Lashkaraa responded that they would replace the dress free of charge and have it sent to me before April 2020. I have confirmed my measurements with them and am awaiting receipt of the dress at this time.
