This is the second time I have responded to this, we have reached out to her boy friend and to correct problem we need her boyfriend as we schedule with him and then she comes in and wants the complete oppasitewe will fully correct problem but need one person to correct problem not two different stories or problems

I got 1 email this morning July 27th . nobody has reached out.  Yea I did come in the times we called told them it was incorrect I did not want the opposite both me and my boyfriend wanted the same thing for the problem to be resolve. Again your customer service no good not 1 applogy when I went in 2 times because the gentlemen that worked on it apparently didn't know what they were doing. All I asked for apology couldn't even get that

This is the same complaint I dault with sept of 2016, gave customer a refund, not sure why it's the same complaint all over again? Revdex.com do you guys not screen these? I am not intrested in dealing with this customer any further

I sent her a refund. As far as I’m concerned this case is finished.
