Lash Royalty Lash Parlor

Lynn who is the owner of Lash Royalty and the only one who works in the shop placed an add on *** for a $800 "Lash extension certification" class. I reached out to Lynn and set a date. March 22nd. I then went to meet Mrs. R at her shop and gave her $500 in cash towards my class. Due to COVID, she had to cancel the class. Lash week Mrs.R reached out to me and told me that she can conduct the class but I will not be allowed to have a "live model" come in for me to do the lashes on. I at that time informed Mrs.R that my hours have been cut and I was the only one in my house hold working due to the "pandemic" and it was going to be hard to come up with the other $300. I got no response after that!! She fell off the face of the earth but continued to post on . I then asked her If we could meet to talk about me getting a refund and she could let me know her cancellation fee and again no response. I have been calling, texting and emailing her!! To no avail. This has been a nightmare! I just want my money back to put towards another class in the near future! I worked to hard for my money and business like this is not right!! How can she do this in a time like this? My entire household fell apart! I'm so hurt!! I just wanted to make a side living for my family!
